My History
My courtroom and litigation experience started early in my legal
career when I clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office,
District of Colorado, and interned for the Jefferson County District
Attorney’s Office. I have clerked for the law firm of White &
Steele, P.C., practiced with Hull & Zimmerman P.C., and
became a sole practitioner after my admission to the Colorado Bar in
May 1996. In January 2000, I joined Miller & Steiert.
Today, I practice entertainment law, representing producers,
directors, and talent in contract, commercial, corporate, business
formation and entertainment transactions. My
practice also includes criminal law, protecting individuals’
Constitutional rights and also handling all avenues of commercial
litigation, corporate business and First Amendment law.
