and negotiating of contracts, formation of LLCs and other business
entities, consulting on business issues, advising clients of their
legal rights, and helping companies organize and define themselves.
What is my
approach and experience with Entertainment Law?
I take a very personal and hands on approach to my entertainment
representation. I provide counsel to talent, writers, directors,
producers, managers, production
and distribution companies in the film and television media, and
music sectors from drafting and negotiating agreements for
entertainers, executives in the entertainment industry as well as
film and television distribution, production and licensing
agreements.
