First Amendment Law
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the
freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress
of grievances. – The First Amendment to the United States
Constitution
As part of my entertainment practice, First Amendment Law is my
personal and professional commitment to combating censorship and to
the preservation of the freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment.
My practice includes the area of advancing or defending First
Amendment rights primarily in
the area of adult entertainment. This includes counseling and
advising on business relationships and contracts, 2257 regulations,
obscenity, adult entertainment films and websites, and adult
entertainers.
